At FurWell, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Exceptions β€” Damaged or Defective Items Only We will only accept a return or issue store credit if your item arrives:

  • Visibly damaged during shipping
  • Defective and unable to perform its basic function
  • Completely different from what was ordered

How to Make a Claim If your item qualifies, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email furwell0@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Include clear photos of the damage or defect
  3. Describe the issue in detail

Claims submitted after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Resolution Approved claims will receive store credit only β€” no cash refunds. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Non-Qualifying Claims The following are not covered:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Pet does not like the product
  • Minor cosmetic differences from product images
  • Damage caused by misuse or pet chewing/destruction
